I have a natural curve to my nails that most salons have ignored and I really felt that they couldn't be fixed. However, I had my first biab appointment today with Kai and he was incredible. Very attentive to detail, welcoming, knew exactly what to do and how to solve my issue. He communicated with me the whole time and I felt like he was really understanding of my issue and did a great job fixing my nails. Overall a really great service. Feeling a lot more confident now. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommend, excellent service, friendly staff and extremely comfortable massage chairs during pedicure. Will definetly be back and they also gave a loyalty card at end of visit.
